About me

Nadia Baiamonte - Shizuko

Born in Canicattì (Italy) in 1998, Nadia Baiamonte has been interested in drawing since childhood, being fascinated by a quote from artist Edward Hopper: “If I could say it in words there would be no reason to paint”.

The name ‘Shizuko’ is of Japanese origin and its meaning is ‘calm child’. It reflects an image of inner delicacy.
